The deposit serves as a reservation advance that confirms your serious interest and bindingly blocks the selected bus for you. It is paid immediately after selecting a specific offer. Once the payment is completed, your reservation becomes official. You will always see the exact amount of the deposit transparently calculated before you give final approval to the offer.

The procedure for cancelling a reservation depends primarily on the current payment status. Until payment is sent, the order can be terminated without any financial penalties, releasing the blocked capacity. Once the payment is credited to the platform's account, however, the reservation becomes fully binding. Any subsequent cancellation by the customer is then automatically subject to the cancellation rules, which entails the strict non-refundability of the 25% reservation deposit, which is forfeited as legitimate compensation for the verified carrier.

Full legal and operational responsibility for the course of the journey itself always lies solely with the selected transport provider.
