Number of passengersThe number of passengers including supervisors and children. It helps choose the right vehicle.
Time detailsPreferred time of departure and return, length of stay at the destination and any breaks.
Bus requirementsComfort level, equipment, luggage space, driver, languages and other services.
The most common mistakes
Incomplete routeA missing pick-up point, stops or an exact destination address.
Unclear dateOnly a day is given without a time, or it's not clear whether it's the departure or the arrival.
Missing passenger countNeither adults nor children are listed, nor the possibility that the numbers may change.
Unspecified requirementsWithout information about comfort, equipment or luggage, an offer can be inaccurate.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to know the exact number of passengers in advance?
The exact number is ideal for choosing an optimally sized bus and setting an accurate price. But if you don't yet know the final figure, enter the most accurate estimate possible and rather count on a slight buffer. Should the number of passengers change drastically later (and require a different type of bus), it's best to submit a new request.
Can I change the date or route after submitting the request?
Once the request has been sent out to carriers, its main parameters (such as the date or route) can no longer be rewritten directly in the system. We do this so that all the offers received stay fair and precisely comparable. If you need to make a substantial change to the request, simply cancel the original one and create a new one with the current details in just a few clicks.
How long does it take to get offers?
You can expect the first responses from verified carriers within just a few hours. No later than 24 hours after submitting the request you'll have enough price offers available to calmly and clearly pick the most advantageous one.
Is the request really non-binding?
Absolutely. Simply creating and submitting a request into the system does not commit you to anything and is completely free. The process only becomes binding at the moment you pick one specific offer from those received and firmly confirm it by paying the reservation deposit. Until then, everything is entirely in your hands.
