Purpose of disclosureTo the extent necessary for the operation of the website, data may be disclosed to the other party of an intended or concluded passenger transport contract, in particular data stated in the request, the offer, vehicle data, and identification and contact data.

Purpose of disclosureAs part of our activities, we use third-party services that help us operate the technical part of our business, in particular the website, forms, email distribution, etc.

Purpose of disclosureIn the case of online payments, your personal data may be disclosed to payment service providers for the purpose of processing the payment, verifying the transaction, preventing fraud, recording payments, and possibly handling complaints or refunds.

What rights do I have in connection with the processing of personal data?
Right of accessPractically anyone has the right to contact us and obtain confirmation from us as to whether or not we process their personal data. In addition, you have the right at any time to ask us for more detailed information about the processing of your personal data, such as the purposes of processing, the categories of data concerned, the recipients, the processing period, your rights, etc.
You also have the right to obtain from us a copy of all personal data we process about you. The only reason we would not comply is a situation where doing so would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of other persons or data subjects.Right to rectificationIf you find that we process your personal data inaccurately (e.g. we have an old address, contact details, etc.), you always have the right to ask us to correct the inaccurate data, or complete it on the basis of your supplementary declaration.
Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)We process your personal data only for the period we have determined, and then delete it immediately. In addition, you have the right to write to us to erase your personal data if one of the following reasons arises:
the personal data is no longer needed for the purposes stated above;
you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data;
you object to the legitimate interest and we assess that this legitimate interest does not outweigh your rights (in the case of marketing purposes based on legitimate interest, we delete this data immediately);
the processing was unlawful;
erasure is required by the law of the Czech Republic or EU law.

for compliance with a legal obligation;
for reasons of public interest in the area of public health;
for archiving purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research purposes, or for statistical purposes;
for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
Right to restriction of processingIf you ask us to, we will stop processing your personal data, i.e. we will keep it stored but otherwise not process it. This right is called the “right to restriction of processing” and you can use it only in the following cases, where:
you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for the period needed to verify its accuracy;
the processing is unlawful, you refuse the erasure of the personal data, and instead request the restriction of its use;
we no longer need the personal data for processing purposes, but you require us to retain it for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims;
you object to the legitimate interest, until the time its legitimacy is assessed.
Right to data portabilityWhere we process your personal data by automated means and the processing is based on consent or necessity for the performance of a contract, you have the right to so-called portability. The right to portability guarantees that the data you have provided to us will be handed over to you in a commonly used and machine-readable format, or that we will transfer this data to another controller you designate.
Right to object to processing based on legitimate interestWhere we process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest, you have the right to file a reasoned objection to this processing. In the case of processing for direct marketing purposes, you do not have to justify the request, and in accordance with the GDPR we will immediately stop processing your personal data.
This is the case, for example, where we send you commercial communications about similar services you have used from us, i.e. on the basis of the so-called customer exemption. If you do not wish this, let us know at our email, or tell us at the appropriate place during registration, and we will not do so, or will stop. You can also use the unsubscribe link provided at the end of our commercial communications.In other cases, we have the right to review your objection and assess whether your rights take precedence over our legitimate interest.Right to withdraw consentIf we process your personal data on the basis of consent, you naturally have the right to refuse and withdraw consent at any time. In such a case, we will no longer continue further processing and, unless prevented by law, we will delete your personal data.
However, if we also process your personal data on the basis of another legal ground, we are not obliged (and sometimes not even permitted) to delete that personal data.Right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data ProtectionIf you believe that we process your personal data unlawfully, you naturally have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
